What to know about DACA Renewals

Who qualifies to apply for DACA Renewal?

  • If your DACA and work permit expires between now and March 5, 2018, you must apply for renewal by October 5, 2017.
  • No new DACA applications will be accepted or renewal applications for DACA that expires after March 5, 2018.

What documents do I need to renew my DACA?

  • Front and Back copies of DACA, Social Security card, work permit and all IDs
  • Copy of approval letter from USCIS
  • Copies of prior DACA Applications, if possible
  • 2 Passport Size Photos, if possible
  • Written and signed statement in English of what DACA means to you and how you will use it to further education or career.
  • Money order for $495 to Department of Homeland Security
